Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“You” or “Your”) and Bloemsy L.L.C./Jula Bloom, with headquarters in Seattle (“Jula Bloom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your rental of faux flower arrangements (each a “Bouquet” and collectively, “Bouquets”) and related services (“Services”) through our website at www.julabloom.com (the “Website”) and mobile application (the “App”).

BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR ORDER, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THE TERMS MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE YOUR LAST USE. BY CLICKING THE CONFIRMATION BUTTON OR SUBMITTING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE RENTAL POLICY AND THE PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ORDER.

  1. General Terms; Rental, Not Purchase; Adult Agreement Required

This Agreement governs your rental of Bouquets from Jula Bloom. By using our Website or App, you agree to adhere to our Rental Policy and Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time. Ownership of the Bouquets remains with Jula Bloom at all times.

Rentals are available only to adults. By confirming your order, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method provided. Children under 13 may not use our Website or App, and those 13 and older must do so under parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for their minor dependents’ use of our services.

  1. Rental/Subscription
  • Monthly Fee: By subscribing to our rental service, you agree to pay a monthly subscription fee starting from the moment you complete your payment online.
  • Initial Period: You can swap your rented bouquet after an initial period of 2 months.
  • Swap Fee: A fee of $30 applies for each swap to partially cover shipping and return costs.
  • Subscription Adjustment: If you swap to a different bouquet, the new subscription rate will begin upon ordering the new bouquet.
  • End of Subscription Return Fee: To end your subscription, log into your profile and cancel. A return charge of $20 will apply, payable online during checkout. You will receive a printable return label. Package your bouquet securely to prevent damage during return shipment.
  • Returns: Initiate the return of the bouquet and vase within 7 business days of your swap or the end of your billing cycle. A charge may apply for each day beyond this period if the return has not been assigned to the courier. If you lose the return packaging, you are responsible for returning Bouquets at your own expense.
  1. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
  • Renewal: Unless you cancel your Jula Bloom subscription, it will automatically renew. This applies to both monthly and prepaid plans. You authorize us to collect the subscription fee and any applicable taxes using the payment method on record. To cancel or avoid renewal, you must do so at least 7 dayshours before the renewal date. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period, and you can use the subscription until then.   • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, allowing you to utilize your subscription until then.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with the bouquet you received, you can return it within 7 days for a swap or refund. This policy applies to both rented and purchased bouquets.
  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please send us pictures within 5 business days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement and require the damaged product to be returned.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees will be prorated and refunded once we receive the returned product. If you choose to return a bouquet due to dissatisfaction, you will also be eligible for a refund under this policy.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments upon checkout.
  • Subscription Payments: Subscription fees are paid upfront and will be automatically deducted monthly unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds: Prorated refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
  • Collections: If you do not pay amounts owed when due, we may initiate collection procedures. You agree to cover our collection costs and any applicable fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Initial Shipment: The first shipment for subscriptions is free.
  • Swap Fee: A $30 fee applies for subsequent swaps.
  • End of Subscription: To end your subscription, log into your profile and cancel. A return charge of $20 will apply, payable online during checkout. You will receive a printable return label. Package your bouquet securely to prevent damage during return shipment.
  • Free Shipping for Purchases: Free shipping for purchased orders over $300.
  • Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged, provide pictures within 5 business days of receipt. We will send a replacement and expect the damaged product to be returned.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Receiving Products: You are responsible for receiving the products at the delivery address you provide. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery or if the delivery address is incorrect, you may incur additional charges or face delays.
  • Email Communication: Ensure that you receive emails from Jula Bloom and that they do not end up in your spam or junk folder. It is your responsibility to check your email regularly for updates about your orders, returns, and any other relevant information.
  • Damages: Customers will be charged for damages beyond normal wear and tear, including:
    • Stains and Discoloration: Any noticeable stains, discoloration, or marks that cannot be easily cleaned.
    • Tears and Rips: Tears, rips, or other physical damage to the petals, leaves, or stems.
    • Breakage: Breakage or significant chips on the vases or bouquet arrangements.
    • Missing Parts: Missing components, decorative elements, fillers, or parts of the arrangement.
    • Water Damage: Damage from exposure to water or moisture.
    • Severe Wear: Wear that significantly alters the appearance or integrity of the bouquet or vase.

Charges will be based on the extent of the damage and repair or replacement costs. Customers will be notified of any charges before they are applied, and a detailed invoice will be provided.

  • Non-Return: If products are not returned, the price of the bouquet minus the rental fee will be charged.
