How do Jula Bloom Rentals work?

1. Your selected bouquet comes in a matching vase to truly make a lasting impression. Designed in the Netherlands, styled by us, enjoyed by you.

2. Once your stunning bouquet is delivered to your home or workplace, you pay a fixed monthly fee and can keep the flowers for as long as you like.

3. When you’re ready to swap your bouquet, we’ll create and deliver your new choice for $30. Your new monthly fee is based on your new bouquet.

Can I change bouquet sizes?

Yes, absolutely. Your rental fee adjusts in line with your bouquet size. So, if you switch to a smaller bouquet, you’ll receive a prorated refund.

How often can I swap?

After a minimum rental period of one month, you can swap for a new floral design whenever your home or workspace is ready for a new vibe. Swap your bouquet in your account here.

Why is there a swap fee?

It’s there for two reasons: To keep your monthly rental fee as low as possible and to partially cover the cost of shipping your new bouquet and returning your old one.

Can I buy my rental outright?

Of course! If you fall in love with your rental bloom, a) we don’t blame you and b) drop us an email at hi@julabloom.com and we’ll send you an exclusive discount code to convert your rental into a forever floral.

How can I end my subscription?

You can end your subscription after the initial 2-month rental period directly through your profile on our website. Simply log in, navigate to your subscription settings, and follow the steps to cancel. Once you’ve completed the cancellation process, you’ll need to purchase a shipping label through our platform. Please ensure that the bouquet is carefully packed to prevent any damage during the return. If the bouquet arrives damaged, additional fees may apply. We appreciate your care in returning our blooms!

SHIPPING & Returns

Where do you deliver?

If you purchase one of our ageless blooms, we’ll deliver it anywhere in the United States. Rentals are currently only available in Seattle and surroundings.

How much is shipping?

Whilst shipping varies based on your location, we’ll ship any floral design over $300 for free

What can I expect upon delivery?

Each bouquet arrives in its vase and is ready to display, but you will need to style it slightly to perfect its look. If you have any issues with how your bouquet looks upon unboxing, please email us at hi@julabloom.com and we’ll help you get it just right.

What if I’m not happy with my bouquet?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your bouquet, let us know at hi@julabloom.com. We can swap your bouquet or you can return it within 10 days for a refund. The bouquet must be in its original condition and packaging. For full details, see our Terms and Conditions.

What if my bouquet arrives damaged?

Sorry about that! Send us pictures of the damaged bouquet within 5 business days at hi@julabloom.com, We’ll arrange a replacement and provide a return shipping label. Please return the damaged bouquet in its original packaging.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned bouquet. For rented bouquets, we prorate and refund subscription fees. For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers usually cover return shipping costs, except when the return is due to damage or an error. For damaged products, we’ll send a replacement along with a return shipping label. You can return the damaged product using the box and label provided with the replacement.

What if my bouquet is returned in poor condition?

Returned items must be in their original condition. Significant damage or wear may affect the refund amount. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

How do I care for my bouquet?

With Jula Bloom bouquets, it’s goodbye fading flowers, hello forever florals. To keep your silk floral arrangement beautiful and vibrant:

  • Dusting: Regularly wipe your bouquet with a soft cloth or use a hairdryer on a cool setting to gently blow off any dust.
  • Cleaning: Gently wipe with a damp cloth to remove stubborn dirt. Never use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Sunlight: Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight as prolonged exposure can cause fading and discoloration.
  • Humidity: Avoid excessive humidity (e.g. bathrooms or near humidifiers) as this can cause deterioration over time.
  • Pets and Children: Keep your bouquet out of reach of pets and children to prevent chewing or accidental damage.
What if my bouquet gets damaged at home?

If an accident happens we’re on hand to nip it in the bud! So, if you accidentally damage your bouquet or vase, email us at hi@julabloom.com, and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Our forever blooms are crafted from high-quality materials including silk, latex, and premium plastics. This ensures durability and gives a natural appearance.

Are Jula Bloom flowers recyclable?

Although our flowers aren’t recyclable due to their composition, their longevity reduces the environmental impact compared to fresh flowers.

What packaging materials does Jula Bloom use?

To minimize our carbon footprint, we prioritize eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible. We use FSC-certified cardboard with natural ink, allowing these to be recyclable.
